What better spot to ground yourself with meditation than among the trees?

I am Denae, I worked at Kiwi Nurseries for two summers, have a degree in psychology, and meditate regularly. For me, mindfulness meditation is about becoming aware of what’s going on inside and outside of ourselves and accepting this without judgment. Throughout June, I will be guiding mindfulness meditation at Kiwi Nurseries. Mondays will be seated, and Tuesdays and one Wednesday I will guide a short walk to practice mindfulness while we interact with our surroundings. You are invited to attend one, or every scheduled meditation.
