Tickets & Pricing

Tickets can be purchased online in advance or on-site during the event.|
Kids 8 and under are free

Yes! If you bring a food bank donation, your ticket is discounted when purchased on-site.

Yes. For large groups, please email [email protected] in advance so we can:

Arrange your arrival time
Offer group pricing
Help with lineup organization

A portion of every ticket sold goes to the Parkland Food Bank.

Ticket Cut-Offs & Busy Nights

The last ticket sold on-site is at 8:30 PM.
If you purchased your ticket online, you must arrive and check in by 8:30 PM to avoid missing the cutoff.

We sold out on some nights last year and had to turn people away.
Friday and Saturday of Halloween weekend are the busiest and most likely to sell out.

For a quieter experience, consider attending on Thursdays or in early October.

Scare Levels

Choose the time that best suits your comfort level:

Family Friendly – “No Scare”

Takes place in full daylight/dust
No fully dressed actors or jump scares
Enjoy the decorations at your own pace
Animals allowed (leashed) during this timeslot only
Strollers and wagons allowed (must have decent wheels)

Medium Scare – “Actors Arrive”

Daylight is fading
Volunteer actors are out and interacting
Mild jump scares and spooky atmosphere
No animals, strollers, or wagons

Full Scare – “Darkness Falls”

Fully dark except for guiding lights
Actors are fully in character for maximum scares
No animals, strollers, or wagons

Age Recommendations

There are no age restrictions for any timeslot.

We encourage parents and guardians to use their best judgment.
Guests of all ages have enjoyed every level in past years.

Accessibility & Weather

The event is wheelchair and stroller friendly during Family Friendly hours.
Larger wheels are strongly recommended, especially if the ground is soft or muddy. There are roots and rough areas on the trail.

The event runs rain, snow or shine.
We only cancel in cases of extreme rain or thunder.

Parking

Parking is available on-site and on the road and on the berm.
It gets very busy — parking attendants will be there to help you find a spot efficiently.

Photos & Social Media

Photos are allowed and encouraged!
Please limit flash during medium and full scare hours to maintain the atmosphere.
We will have a designated photo area with themed props this year.

Food & Beverages

Available for purchase on-site from:

The Caffeinated Kiwi (coffee trailer)
Carnival vendors (carnival-style food)

Outside food and drinks are also allowed.

Event Rules & Safety

Wear proper footwear (closed-toe recommended; no high heels).
Outside flashlights are not permitted inside the haunted house.
A souvenir flashlight is included with every paid ticket.
- Children entering for free do not receive one.
- Extra flashlights available for $1 each.
Do not touch the actors - they are volunteers.
Groups must stay together during Family Friendly hour.
From Medium Scare onward, groups must be no larger than 6 people.
Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.

Rides

We partner with a local carnival that provides rides on-site.
These operate independently and have separate pricing.

Trail Length

The walk-through takes approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on the individual guest pace.
