Fittonia
Fittonia
Also known as the Nerve Plant because of it’s bright veins, Fittonias prefer morning sun or bright indirect sunlight and thrive in moist, well-draining soil. They are known for dramatically wilting when they need water. Water when the soil is dry when the soil is dry at least ½” deep, or when the plant is wilted. Fertilize once per month during spring and summer with a diluted low-potency chemical fertilizer. They require regular misting to prevent pest infestation and keep the edges of the leaves from browning.
