A native, multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with an upright growth habit. Arching branches right down to the ground of bluish-green lobed foliage turn an outstanding deep purple in the fall. Fragrant clove-scented flowers in spring, yellow in colour. Followed by small black berries in late summer.
