A hardy, multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with low-growing, compact, mounding habit of growth. Double, dark red, lightly scented blooms on attractive deep red, prickly stems blooms all summer through to the fall. One of the darkest roses you can find is ideal for small landscapes. Features dark green foliage throughout the season, turning to a yellow colour in fall. Named for the 100th anniversary of the Canadian Red Cross Society and is a Parkland series rose.
