GROWING NOTES

Peas are cool-season crop. Sow directly outdoors in early spring in fertile, well drained soil as soon as soil can be worked. Plant seeds 3″ apart in rows several feet apart. Provide short supports. Sow every 2 weeks until mid-spring for a continuous supply. Harvest peas when pods are about 3″ long and feel plump, but not bulging.
