Pineapple (Aloha) Lily

Eucomis sp.

The Pineapple Lily, also called the Aloha Lily as the dwarf variety, is neither a pineapple plant or a lily. They are native to South Africa, and provide long lasting and unique looking blooms. They prefer a warm environment, and watering when the surface of the soil is dry. They can tolerate direct sun, but do fine if in a bright indoor location.
