An attractive, dense, upright rounded shrub which is great for form, colour and texture in the garden. Features highly ornamental powder blue foliage throughout the season, turning just to brown in fall. Small yellow catkins arrive in late summer and persist on grey, hairy branches over winter, providing winter interest.
