A hardy, multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with an upright, spreading habit of growth. Produces dainty clusters of white, bell-shaped flowers in spring. Heavy producer of sweet, firm dark blueberries ripening earlier than other varieties in early summer. Has the best flavour for fresh eating and is also used for cooking, baking and making jams and jellies. Features glossy green foliage throughout the season, turning to a bright orange colour in fall.
