As this online system is setup for your convenience to pay for your invoice, there are no refunds. By submitting your payment through the Online Payment System, you are agreeing that the products and services outlined on your invoice are approved and completed.
We offer a warranty of 50% of the value of eligible plant materials for a one time in-store credit, valid for one year from date of purchase. There is NO WARRANTY on discounted items. There is NO WARRANTY on annuals, perennials, planters, hanging baskets, cedars, bare root plants, indoor plants, vegetables, seeds, and other such marked plants.
There are NO REFUNDS. Exchanges will be available only within 48 hours of purchase and plants must be watered and have not been planted.
