Sow direct to the garden after final spring frost, 1/2 inch deep in to warm, well drained soil. Germination may take up to 21 days. Thin as required to final plant spacing, 18-24 inches apart in full sun. Water regularly/ For earlier flowers, start indoors 6-8 weeks before final frost. Sow a few seeds in to peat pots with well drained soil or compost. Keep moist. Thin to the strongest plant, harden off and transplant after final spring frost.
