ComparePlant directly outdoors in spring when night temperatures reach 10 C. Grow in a sunny spot in ordinary well-drained soil. Sow seeds 1 inch deep and 4-6 inches apart. Thin or transplant seedlings to 10-12 inches apart so they have room to grow. Water as needed during dry periods. Nasturtiums need no additional fertilizer.
