GROWING NOTES

Start seed 8-10 weeks before the final spring frost. Sow into pots filled with a moist, well-drained seed starting compost mix. Sow 1/4 inch deep, and 1 inch apart. Seeds could take 20-50 days o more to germinate. Keep soil moist, but not soaking. Transplant to garden after final spring frost into well-drained soil. Attractive to butterflies and bees. A tender perennial. Protect with mulch over the winter.
