GROWING NOTES

Can be sown directly to garden, however, for earlier flowers, sow seed indoors 4-6 weeks before final spring frost, 1/4 inch deep in fine, well drained seed compost. Germination takes 7-14 days. Sow 1-2 inches apart and thin to the strongest plants. If started indoors, harden off prior to transplanting after the final frost.
