Peperomia
Peperomia
Peperomia are a low-maintenance plant that prefer morning sun or indirect sunlight, and thrive in well-draining soil. They are also one of the few plants that can be grown in florescent lighting. Peperomia prefer drier climates, so allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings and water thoroughly. They are suseptible to root rot, so be careful not to overwater. Avoid splashing the leaves when watering to prevent the leaves from rotting. Fertilize once per month during spring and summer with a diluted low-potency chemical fertilizer.
