Jade Plant

Crassula ovata

As a member of the Succulent family, Jade plants prefer afternoon or direct sunlight and thrive in quick-draining sandy soil. If you notice any browning on your plant, provide less sunlight. Jade is suseptible to root rot, so be careful not to overwater. Fertilize once per month during spring and summer with a diluted low-potency chemical fertilizer.
