GROWING NOTES

For blooms in the same season, sow indoors 6-8 weeks before the final spring frost, into pots or trays 1/4 inch deep, 1/2 inch apart into a moist, well drained compost. Keep cool. Germination: 10-20 days. Thin as required. Harden off and transplant after final spring frost. Can also be sown outdoors in early spring or late fall. Water regularly and remove faded blooms. Once established, lupins do not like to be moved.
