Sansevieria

Snake plants are one of the lowest-maintenance house plants you can find, and come in over 70 different varieties. Commonly referred to as Mother-in-Law’s Tongue or Good Luck Plant. They prefer bright indirect light and can tolerate low light however, will not thrive. Because these plants are susceptible to root rot, a well draining soil such as a cactus or potting soil is recommended. Only water once the soil is almost completely dried out; typically every 2-6 weeks depending on it’s light and humidity conditions. Sanseviera prefer to be root bound and should repotted every 3-5 years at most. This is a great plant to have in an office or bedroom for air purification.
